West Des Moines Mayor Steve Gaer and wife Sally Gaer, whose 23 year old daughter has epilepsy, also attended. Sally Gaer was on Iowa Public Radio recently talking about cannabis treating epilepsy.

    I am Larry Quigley. I was the fourth speaker at this event. My video part of this conversation has been deleted. I want it restored. Why am I being censored. For anyone who attended this event please speak out. It is important that my voice be heard. Let the public decide by giving them a view.
