Iowa MAMMA will be submitting a petititon THIS WEEK for adults with autism. They announced this for the first time I’ve seen (may have missed a Facebook post somewhere) that says they wanted to let people know they’re the ones working on autism. I’m sincerely grateful as I mistakenly told a close friend and confidant with autism that he was qualified and I feel much better saying that didn’t actually happen if something is being done to fix it, so good.

Thank you all for working so hard and doing your best to keep up with all the changes, it’s exciting, and obnoxious to have to even go through all this freaking effort in the first place to undue this insanity and politicized drug policy, but as science finally comes to the table without restriction for the first time in US history, it’s nice to be able to say we all did what we could when we could with what skills and talents we had to make a real difference.
