Hiccups happen. One unforeseen issue in other states was minor issues of technicality, functioning, etc. Expect more, as far as how big of a deal this is, I first heard about it through the news, and nobody complained to anyone to our knowledge however, there’s not that many patients yet approved since it appears the Legislature wanted to stall the inevitable and provided hidden roadblocks to patient access by adding hoops and intentionally ambiguous language to the program, such as the definition for pain.
