Hearing on SF 619 (Franzen) ; Cannabis cultivation, consumption, use and possession authorization, regulation, taxation, and clean indoor act modifications; controlled substances act and offenses expungement.

NOTE: This hearing is TICKETED on a first-come, first-serve basis and will end at 3:15 p.m. Proponents and opponents will have 30 minutes each to testify.
