Desirée Van Polen This is by far one of the BEST video updates you guys have EVER done! So informative! 💚 I will ABSOLUTELY be looking into the petition online. Do you have a rough idea how many signatures are required? I would love to see Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome get back on the list! It was originally on there but unfortunately got struck from the list. 😞Just recently the University hospitals & clinics have dropped most of us with EDS and expect us to see our general physicians for the condition. Sadly many general physicians throughout Iowa have little to no knowledge on a EDS. Many EDS patients throughout the state have been suffering in pain since the “opioid crisis” found many with chronic pain without any options to manage it…😞 You guys are definitely going to be saving lives and helping people with chronic pain “LIVE” their lives! We appreciate all you do! I am looking forward to starting a petition for our Iowa EDS community! 💚

Ken Hutchinson Will the price ever be affordable
MedPharm Iowa Ken, we are fighting to have the THC cap replaced, and to have an exemption from sales tax (like prescription medication). These are two things that will help reduce costs. Hopefully we see some progress at the capitol this year!

Shirley Treanor Keep up the good work. I can’t find a doctor who will sign for a card because Broadlawns & DMU won’t allow it. If my primary doctor was allowed she would take my opioid script away, which is free to me through my insurance. On a disability income I can’t afford Cannabis medicine all the time. So, I would need to keep the Hydrocodone.
