As we understand it, MedPharm Iowa’s Owen Parker said at this week’s symposium on medical cannabis in Des Moines that field sobriety tests are not yet invented. So, patients with medical marijuana cards — whose average age in Iowa according to Owen Parker is 59 years old — can rest easy knowing they won’t go to jail when they get pulled over for whatever reason by police and subjected to road pirates attempting to steal people’s legalized and safely regulated medicine.
