Probationer In Northern Iowa Tests Positive For THC After Using CBD Only Products | Has Never Used Marijuana In Their Life

Anonymous sources tell WeedPress that a CBD user in Northern Iowa is facing probation violations for testing positive for THC despite never having used marijuana.

WeedPress has repeatedly sounded the alarm for multiple issues that should be of concern to Iowa Patients about CBD and the potentiality for legal ramifications if caught using products that are mislabeled. A certain CBD saleslady attacked WeedPress for reporting on this issue, but we feel we must be honest and truthful with Iowans, rather than be complicit in sending them to jail by ignoring the problems with unregulated CBD products, such as the huge number of companies mislabeling their products.

Stop lying to Iowa. Citing biased lawyers instead of objective ones doesn’t defend you from the ramifications of ruining probationers lives. Get a freaking conscience.

Study: CBD Products Sold Online Are Often Mislabeled

An individual on probation in Northern Iowa has tested positive despite having never once used marijuana in their lives and claims the CBD product they have been using was labelled as not having any THC. Since this person is now facing prison time, we thought we should report this to the public.

Verified sources have confirmed that this person could be facing potential jail time if the court chooses not to believe it. One person claims this could just be hearsay. We can assure you at WeedPress this is verified and not hearsay.

billYou are responsible for the information you put to your neighbors. If you want to be the hero, go change these laws at the Statehouse. Don’t set people up with unregulated products labelled as not having THC when they very clearly have THC and are continuously getting Iowans in trouble.

Stay tuned to WeedPress for more updates that protect Iowans over this CBD propaganda war, not set them up for job loss, probation violations, and jail time.

Update: Our reporting has not been popular in the CBD community. Some have argued in response to this latest article that this probationer could have drank a Monster energy drink and gotten a hot UA from that. Unfortunately that excuse now seems to be a debunked myth.
