Advisory Board Votes No On Alzheimer’s Petition, But Yes On PTSD And Other Petitions

Alzheimer’s at this point will not be added to the program.

Ignoring science, Peter Komendowski, the dude who makes a living off of lying and denying access to government, told the Board today that patients once denied marijuana should not abuse due process and file repeat petitions with the board. Who does he think he is?

The board voted to deny opioid use disorder and add both PTSD and “Intellectual Disability With Aggression And/Or Self-Injury.”

Thorough memes-ing from Senator Joe Bolkcom lately. Here’s one of his latest creations announced moments after the petition for PTSD passed.

Yay…freedom. Meanwhile, Opioid Use Disorder is allowed elsewhere throughout the country, as well as Alzheimer’s. Things should be more uniform. Eleven states have legalized now as well as the District of Columbia. Enough petty baby steps. Let’s expand the discussion to what effective drug policy looks like, and decriminalize while treating people like humans, instead of people who made a bad choice, which science says isn’t the case, it’s a brain disease. This should be simple enough to implement, and many cities are doing so rapidly — major cities.
