Spencer Boston Facing New Charges After Sparking Joint In Courtroom and Lecturing Judge On Pot Laws

20 year old Spencer Boston of Lebanon Tennesse sure does have a lot of life experience. While lighting a joint in the judge’s courtroom, Spencer lectured the judge on the meaning of life while taking 6 puffs before being arrested for disorderly conduct.

Ahhh, youth.

Spencer is being held in jail on $3,000 bond, charged with disorderly conduct and simple possession…and having a great smile.

While there are better ways to take a stand — it’s hard to change laws when you’re both in jail — Spencer’s mugshot alone, is enough to make you smile.

Friends of Spencer have started a Go-Fund Me to come up with $350 to bail him out of jail. So far in the gofundme, 15 people have donated for a total of $160. To make a donation for Spencer’s bail, click here.

Spencer Boston,20, who appeared in court today on a marijuana charge, pulled out a joint, lit it, and took about 6 hits while discussing marijuana laws with the judge. He was then taken into custody.

Multiple people report it was the best the Lebanon courtroom had ever smelled, and that it was ‘the good stuff’. He exclaimed to the judge: “We the people deserve better!”. Yes, this really happened.

He is jailed in lieu of a $3,000 bond, charged with disorderly conduct and simple possession.

Fare thee well, Spencer. Fare thee well.
