Here’s The Head Of Iowa’s Medical Cannabidiol’s Program’s Impressive Educational Background And Expertise

This man’s resume is truly outstanding. Owen Parker is heading up the legalistic aspects of the medical cannabis program here in Iowa and taking care of all the hard work while paying attention to details. He’s also done a really good job of having patience with Iowans through this transition from arbitrary limitations on civil liberties, to understanding the importance of freedom and personal decisions as well as the limitations of government. I’m impressed and wanted to share to show that the people working on the Iowa cannabis program, legislative directives notwithstanding, are world-class people with access to the breaking tech, science, and resources. Basically, show some respect. Carry on. Grateful he’s here and working on the cannabis program and curious to see what he decides to do next.
