Bleeding Heartland has been in a public tisk over being denied press credentials to grant access to Kim Tipsy Reynolds press conferences or access to the House floor. I’ve been granted to the House floor, although it wasn’t as a member of the press. There is talk of a lawsuit at this point. I’ve been following the narrative since it began, and I think there’s grounds for a case to defend free speech. In this article, she cites NORML’s free speech lawsuit. I was the communications director for the Chapter when we won the case in appeals court, and, I was there in the beginning when we were initially looking at filing a free speech lawsuit.
