Federal law will not be avoided or dodged in Iowa. Case law clearly dictates the state’s leading obligatory role in reconciling state and federal law through already available legal remedies — end the politrickan war on federalism and re-harmonize state and federal drug law so patients can stop bearing unnecessary financial burdens. Directing the federal government that Iowa’s cannabis laws are exempt from federal law is an easy fix, and, it will happen by consent, or, by force. Thanks in advance.
