Ohio Department of Health Orders All Hemp CBD Businesses Stopped, Shut Down Until Further Notice

This order comes per “Minutes of the Dispute Resolution Commission Convened Under the Ohio Director of Health Stay-at -Home” Ordered April 8, 2020 – 4:00 p.m

Question: are these “orders,” “lawful?”

The Commission addressed the fifth and final request, regarding businesses selling CBD products. Chairman Randazzo explained the Commission’s decision: a local health authority that has determined that businesses selling CBD products are non-essential has properly interpreted the Director of Health’s order.
