New Proposed Rules To Be Added To Iowa mCBD Program — Public Comments Accepted By August 4th

Below is the proposed new rules for the Iowa medical cannabis program. If you would like to make a comment concerning these rules, please submit comments to the Board of Health by July 1st.

Any interested person may submit written comments concerning this proposed rule making. Written comments in response to this rule making must be received by the Department no later than 4:30 pm on August 4, 2020. Comments should be directed to:
