So, I’m watching the AG Barr testimony on the YouTube livestream thing, and, I believe Barr just said in response to questions about Bernell Trammell’s death that it will be being investigated as a political assassination, triggering federal crime statutes. I’m not confirmed on exactly what was said or meant yet, but we have dialogue surrounding this truly tragic situation.
Bernell Trammell has been reported on indirectly on WeedPress with our coverage of the Madison Wisconsin Rastafarian church drama that played out in the spring of 2019. Trammell had gone to the Madison Rasta church following police raids for distribution of marijuana as sacrament and was there for 7 days straight, taking pictures and representing the cause. Trammell’s death was talked about on the Lion of Judah Facebook page the other day:
Rest in Power O.G. Ras Bernell Trammell. This brotha was assassinated on Thursday in Milwaukee outside his storefront. He had never met or known me, but when our Rastafari Church got Raided and I was arrested, he came down from Milwaukee to Madison with his Big Drum and Rastafari Flag and he all by himself chanted and drummed down Babylon on the street corner next to our church for 7 days. he drove from Milwaukee everyday and continued to keep our fire burning and not extinguished.. A true Elder and Brother.. this is how I first met him.. … May Jah carry u to life eternal to sit in the Highest places in Heaven alongside the Martyrs my friend.
