As previously reported by us all here at WeedPress, a third state has officially joined attempts to request federal exemption to state marijuana laws.
First initiated by Iowa advocate Carl Olsen, Iowa, Minnesota, and now Hawaii officials have endorsed demanding that state marijuana laws be exempt from federal laws and regulations.
A previously little-known code, 21 Code of Federal Regulations 1307.03, provides a legal process for states with marijuana programs to stand up for their patient’s against the federal government’s racist and ancient marijuana laws.
