After watching what I had to say, also watch the end of the video below, when board members took time for a lengthy discussion to put this solution to exempting state marijuana laws from federal law onto the agenda for the next board hearing in August. I’ll dive into that more when I have more time.

I’ve written over 1,200 articles on WeedPress for over a decade now with one singular goal in mind: resolving the federal and state marijuana law conflict. I didn’t come up with the idea, but, I understand it well, and, am very glad to see Iowa becoming, as predicted for years here at WeedPress, the first state in the nation to take on the monumental challenge of properly and sufficiently resolving our federal marijuana laws.
