Due to patent unfairness with out of state medical marijuana patients being allowed to use flower under existing law — see for details — I wish to petition to add flower by next meeting and have the issue added to the agenda. 

I’m looking for guidance and assistance for how to approach this issue to make it easy on the board and public to understand.

I forgot to put the GRL law article in my first email. That should make people like Carl Olsen of Iowans for Medical Marijuana happy, who spent twenty minutes calling me an idiot and screaming at me the other day when I asked a simple question…Oh, well…

I’m not stopping getting my rights asserted because an angry old man like Carl, bitter and possessed, can’t control everything and everyone and prefers yelling at people instead of working professionally and respectfully with them.

I’m beginning to believe the real reason Iowa cannabis advocates always fight with each other is because of Carl. He’s not only the only common denominator, he accused the board of Iowa patients for medical marijuana of working for the DEA when we first started over a decade ago, and our board members resigned.

Carl deserves called to accountability after my 12 years of work in Iowa — I intend to make that call at the next Iowa medical cannabidiol board hearing — putting on the record that his behavior is harming patients, and how. Accusing people of being government agents is par the course for the marijuana movement but an old man screaming in my ear that I’m an idiot because I offered an idea for lobbying this year — the idea being amending a certain bill to get cannabis legislation inserted into it– was completely out of line and shows the dude doesn’t have all the marbles anymore.

Carl believes he is above reproach, but when he yells at anyone who advances legislation, and accuses them of violating federal law, he’s a liar. Legislation moving forward will always have a clause included that says Iowa isn’t violating federal law. Carl wants to hog all the attention for himself while people are dying. How rude.
