Winterest Police Unlawfully Charge Iowa Medical Cannabis Patient With Marijuana Possession

Update Wednesday March 9th at 10 am: this case has been dismissed.

This story is developing, but word has it from a legal state cardholding medical marijuana patient in Iowa that Winterset police have arrested and charged her for possession of marijuana, first offense, for possessing a legal vaporization cartridge from one of the five legal Iowa marijuana dispensaries, AND charged her with paraphernalia…for the vaporization pen battery.
