Linn County Iowa Keeps Arresting People For CBD

I warned for years this would continue to happen, unless I’m missing something, people are indeed getting busted for CBD. When I went on the news in 2018 to say hey, we need to fix the law, certain people attacked WeedPress for pointing out the obvious: that people will get arrested if we don’t legalize CBD through legislation.

Anyways, these people have been arrested just this past month. So do we still need to get legislation to focus on allowing CBD in a more expansive manner to avoid this? Why are people being charged with possession of CBD still. Etc, etc.
