Here’s a report from one of our members for how those who abuse their power under the law are temporarily being allowed to abuse us:
“I just left one of our local head shops and they were giving out free glass pipes and a spin the wheel for another prize! Cops were sitting directly across the street watching people go and and out. I sat there for about 20 minutes staring back at them. I might’ve flipped them off as well! It’s not even a dispensary and they are sitting there acting like it was!”
Cops job is to be looking out and keeping watch, so there’s not necessarily anything wrong with that. It’s when they pull you over after leaving that it becomes a possible civil rights issue.
