Here’s my latest update on my ongoing fight against a misdemeanor cannabis possession charge in Nebraska. Maybe this brief will be useful. It’s not polished fully yet but it’s getting there.

Note: I still need to edit the number of jurisdictions to reflect the correct number; need to consider how to input section 201 of the uniform act at 21 USC 811(h); need to edit the part about friendship to Angel Raich for relevancy; need to contact Mich lawyer for copy of the briefs and rulings in that case; need to clarify ACT I and ACT II and juxtapose with the on drugs substack insights; and print off and do general cleanup of headings, and make this a bit more professional even though I’m admittedly a legal amateur.
