WeedPress, which started in 2009, had one sole purpose: to remove cannabis from Schedule One using the administrative processes. That’s now happening. Here is the timeline for the DEA hearings in 2025.
Supporters of the proposed rule, as well as DEA as the designated proponent, will be first to make presentations of their arguments. Opponents will follow, with each party given a specific day for their respective presentations, extending from January 21 to March 6.

The War on Drugs is the biggest tragedy of the Millennial and Gen Z generations. It has absolutely destroyed the integrity and respect for the legal system. Banning plants has lead to chemical alternatives that were more dangerous than the plants themselves (K2, for example). Alcohol banishment didn’t protect public safety. Outlawing gay and interracial marriage didn’t stop people from participating. And outlawing marijuana, doesn’t protect kids. It harms them.
This is now accepted fact by the Republican POTUS, Donald Trump, who is currently on a mythical heroes journey to make the world livable again. Therefore…Let’s work. We have to fix this unspeakably evil bullshit. To do that, we need to learn administrative law, the processes therein, and how to articulate ideas against liars, frauds, and Catholic leaders. This blog is a stepping stone to seeing the big picture, and, making sure our children’s children don’t repeat our mistakes.
