The neighborhood market is expensive and always out of what you need. CVS fills prescriptions on time; the independent pharmacy closes for lunch.
You don’t have to worry about being scammed with lyft/uber.
The charming inn cancels your res last minute “because of a wedding”.
I would personally rather pay blackrock — who just wants the rent on autopay and to not get sued — than a landlord who treats tenant law as a suggestion.
Corporations are soulless but they’re legible. Small businesses probably aren’t big because they are bad.
Consumers have spoken. Voting with your wallets drives markets.
