Rereading this letter today. I wanted to express gratitude for the clarity and professional guidance on the laws in this state.
Also, I have attached a file provided to me two years ago on state scheduling processes and laws. The laws are not up to date and have likely been adjusted from the attached file, but this file may be useful to Department adjustments to other entities in the future, and I have chosen to share it with the Department to use as they wish if they so choose.
Overall I wanted to write to say, this was a very concise, helpful, and genuinely insightful reply from the Department, and has genuinely assisted my understanding of a complex topic. Thank you!
