Status Inquiry – Motion for Religious Accommodation

Dear Judge,

I am writing regarding the above-referenced matter. An evidentiary hearing on my Motion for Religious Accommodation under the Nebraska First Freedom Act and RFRA was held on April 10, 2026. The matter was taken under advisement at the conclusion of the hearing.

As of today, June 25, 2026, it has been seventy-six days since the hearing. I respectfully inquire as to the status of the Court’s ruling on the motion.

I understand that the Court’s docket is demanding and that careful consideration of these issues takes time. I am simply requesting a status update so that I may plan accordingly.
