After Four Months of Terror Meth User Brande Black of Sioux Falls Loses in Court

Just gonna flick a quick booger here.

My fiance had cancer surgery earlier this year. During that time an open meth user got angry at my fiance and targeted harassment and threats daily for months until we finally filed a protective order. She accused me and my fiance of turning her in for beating her non-disabled child with special needs who we used to babysit during the hearing. The judge told her she was rambling incoherently during the hearing and then granted a five year protective order to stay away from us 1,000 feet. She has a history of 9 felonies, one for meth with her child in the car and one for embezzlement, and terrorized viciously my landlord my fiance and me without mercy threatening violence for weeks before assaulting me and my fiance with axe spray causing my fiance to have an asthma attack and me to puke for 20 minutes.

Meth psychosis is real. In South Dakota…Brande Black, is on it.

Posting here so future landlords and tenants don’t deal with the most violent psychotic person I’ve ever had the misfortune of being around in my 30 plus years on earth.

Thank god for courts.

For concerned citizens, two other tenants witnessed Brande beating her special needs adult child and called CPS on her for it. I was blamed for it, which was one of the justifications Brande gave for her harassment and axe spray assault. She claimed to not remember ripping signs off on camera – see above YouTube videos – and claimed she never offered a meth pipe to my fiance and didn’t do meth. She claimed she never threatened us at all and stated during the hearing “if I committed any crimes they shouldn’t have been able to record them on camera.” Brande Black is a threat to peace and safety of anyone she comes into contact with and is a thoroughly evil possessed psychopath abusing a special needs child physically and using him to get funding from the state. Child Protective Services are being sent a copy of this article as well as the restraining order once I pull transcripts from today’s hour long meth rambling hearing. Exhausting.

This is why I stay home with my pitbull.

Subject: Request for Civil-Rights Consultation – Police Non-Enforcement After Admitted Chemical Assault

Dear [Attorney Name],

I am writing to request a consultation regarding a potential federal civil-rights claim arising out of an admitted physical assault and subsequent police non-enforcement in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

At a recent Protection Order (TPO) hearing, the opposing party admitted on the record that she sprayed me with Axe body spray during a confrontation. The exposure caused my fiancée to suffer an asthma attack and required medical attention. Despite the admission of assault, bodily injury, and police knowledge of the incident, no charges were pursued.

I believe this may constitute a failure to protect and selective non-enforcement under 42 U.S.C. §1983, in addition to state-law claims for assault, battery, and negligence.

I can provide:

• Certified court transcript

• Police incident reports / 911 logs

• Medical documentation

• Witness statements

• Video and written communications

I am seeking counsel experienced in civil-rights litigation, police misconduct, and municipal liability.

Please let me know if your office would be willing to review this matter and advise on next steps. I am available at your convenience.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Jason Karimi

PART 4 — Timeline You Will Follow

3. What You Can Do

Contact the Clerk of Courts in Minnehaha County (Sioux Falls) and ask: Whether the hearing was recorded (audio/video) Whether a court reporter was present How to order an official transcript or a copy of the recording If the hearing was recorded, you can request the audio/video recording as part of your records request. If no recording exists, you can still request: The docket entry showing the TPO hearing Any written orders Any judge’s notes or minute entries related to the hearing

Practical Tip

Ask the clerk something like:

“I need to know whether the TPO hearing in Case No. ___ was recorded or had a court reporter, and how I can obtain a copy of any audio/video recording or official transcript.”

This ensures you get all available evidence for your civil-rights/§1983 claim.
